WhiskeyChick's Road To Rocklahoma 2026 Vendors

WhiskeyChick’s Road to Rocklahoma 2026: Vendor Spotlight

*Disclaimer: I do not have a relationship with any of these vendors and have received NO incentive to talk about them other than media access provided by Rocklahoma themselves. All opinions are my own. Last updated August 21, 2026. This is a living guide. I’ll continue adding approved Rocklahoma vendors as details become available.

Once the tickets are secured and the campsite is mapped out, festival planning becomes a giant game of “Do I need to pack that?”

WhiskeyChick's Road To Rocklahoma 2026 Vendors

Ice? Yes, but you can buy more onsite. Shampoo? Probably, but the general store can save you after a spill. A private porta-potty, fresh festival braids or a ride back to the hotel? Rocklahoma has people for that too.

The vendors and services scattered around Rocklahoma are more than places to spend money between sets. They can replace forgotten supplies, feed you, help you move around the property and make a long weekend in an Oklahoma field considerably more comfortable.

Rocklahoma’s complete 2026 vendor roster is still taking shape publicly. Approved businesses have been announcing themselves one at a time, with everything from official festival merchandise to frozen margaritas expected onsite. Rather than wait until everyone is already packed, I’m publishing this guide now and updating it as more confirmed details arrive.

Bookmark it before you head to Pryor.

Are you an approved Rocklahoma 2026 vendor? Send me your business name, website or social link, booth location, what you will offer and one or two clear photos. I’ll continue updating this guide through festival weekend.

These are the sponsoring partners for Rocklahoma 2026. While not all will have product for sale on the grounds, you can assume they’ll have product representation in some capacity.

Before You Shop: Rocklahoma Is Cashless

Leave the paper money locked up. The entire Rocklahoma festival operates as a cashless event, including its general stores and box offices.

Fans can load money onto their RFID festival wristbands and use them at festival beverage stands, stores and official merchandise tents. Credit and debit cards, Tap to Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and ACH payments will also be accepted.

Some food vendors and exhibitors can accept RFID wristband payments when they use the compatible Ronin point-of-sale system. Because that may not include every independent booth, bring a card or phone-payment option as backup.

Need to turn cash into a usable payment method? Reverse ATMs will be available onsite. Visit the official Rocklahoma FAQs for current payment information, wristband details and event policies.

One more important note: unused funds loaded onto an RFID wristband can be refunded at festival bars until the final Sunday headliner begins. After that, refunds remain available at the general store across from the GA concert entrance until it closes at 10 a.m. Monday.

The Rocklahoma General Store

Rocklahoma operates an onsite general store with the basic bodega-style goods that save weekends. Expect convenience-store snacks, beverages, ice, toiletries and other small necessities, but exercise caution: It is a safety net, not a packing strategy.

In my experience, the store gets picked over during the first day or two. Inventory starts thinning as thousands of campers remember what they forgot at home. If you need ice or discover that your shampoo exploded before the first band hits the stage, shop early. Pack the nonnegotiables yourself. Use the general store for restocks and surprises.

Food, Drinks and Festival Fuel

The food and beverage lineup is still coming together, but fans are already sharing plans to sell everything from festival staples to frozen margaritas. I’ll add confirmed names, menu highlights and dietary information here as vendors send details.

Remember that outside food and drinks are allowed in the campgrounds, but not inside the concert site or parking area. Inside the gates, fans may carry one factory-sealed bottle of water no larger than 20 ounces or one empty, clear plastic refillable bottle. Current rules are available in the official festival information guide.

BeatBox Beverages

BeatBox Beverages will be onsite with its alcoholic party punch and branded merchandise giveaways for guests 21 and older.

You will need an age-verified wristband to purchase alcoholic products, so bring a valid government-issued photo ID and take care of that verification before joining the bar line.

More Food and Drink Vendors Coming Soon

This section will expand as menus and booth details are confirmed. If you have dietary restrictions, do not assume every need will be covered onsite. Bring dependable food for camp and treat the festival vendors as a chance to discover something good between sets.

Jewelry, Crystals and Festival Style

Festival shopping is part practical restock, part souvenir hunt and part “I absolutely did not know I needed that until I saw it under a tent.” These confirmed vendors can help finish your look after you arrive.

Simplistic Sensations Rock Shop

Jennifer and Roy Pond are bringing Simplistic Sensations Rock Shop back to Rocklahoma for a second year. Look for their booth in the Main Stage area.

The husband-and-wife team travels the country vending at festivals, but their display represents more than their own work. Simplistic Sensations also carries goods from 12 independent artists and small-business owners across the United States.

Their selection includes crystals, some mined by the Ponds themselves, fossils, turquoise and Native-made pieces. They also carry sterling silver and stainless-steel jewelry, body jewelry and more than 200 ring styles. Shoppers can browse ethically sourced sage and palo santo too.

Stop by for free stickers and ask about the customer loyalty program. Customers who spend $100 receive a free keychain and $10 off a purchase of $20 or more on their next order.

You can preview the shop through the Simplistic Sensations website or follow Simplistic Sensations on Facebook.

Hamblen Hair

There is no reason your hair has to surrender before the rest of you does.

Hamblen Hair will be onsite creating festival braids and adding hair accessories. That makes the booth useful for anyone who wants a full festival look, but it may be even more valuable to campers trying to keep long hair controlled through Oklahoma heat, wind and dust.

Check the Hamblen Hair Instagram account for examples and any appointment information posted before the festival.

Getting Around Rocklahoma

Transportation deserves as much planning as food and clothing. Rocklahoma is large, the campgrounds are larger than they feel on a map, and every unnecessary mile becomes personal by Sunday.

CatchARyde Golf-Cart Service

The CatchARyde team will operate 20 golf carts with drivers around the festival property. Fans can visit its official tent near the concert-ground entrance to purchase a single ride or buy a discounted bundle of ride tickets for the weekend.

This is transportation, not a private cart rental. Catch your ride one trip at a time and let somebody else do the driving when the distance between camp and the action starts feeling unreasonable.

Independent Local Rides to Hotels and Stores

Pryor residents Kevin and Kim Plunkett have provided rides to Rocklahoma visitors for years. They transport fans between the festival grounds, local hotels and nearby retailers.

This is an independent community service and is not affiliated with Rocklahoma. Contact Kevin at 918-402-8942 or Kim at 918-809-4591 to discuss availability, pickup details and pricing directly.

Save those numbers before you need them. Festival traffic and cellular service are not the ideal conditions for hunting through an old Facebook post from the side of the road.

Campsite and RV Services

Some of the most valuable vendors never sell you anything glamorous. They simply solve the problems that become extremely important after several days in a packed campground.

At Your Service Rentals

At Your Service Rentals offers campsite and RV services that can turn roughing it into something much closer to civilized.

Campers can reserve a private porta-potty to be assigned and delivered to their campsite. The company can also fill a small swimming pool, fill an RV water tank and pump RV waste.

Reserve and arrange services through the company’s dedicated Rocklahoma service page. Do this ahead of time when possible. Nobody wants their first serious wastewater discussion to happen after the tank is already full.

Community Support at Rocklahoma

Not every campsite with a banner is trying to sell you something. Some are using the Rocklahoma crowd to do a little good while everyone is gathered in one place.

RockinPaws Donation Drive for Skiatook Paws & Claws

Dacia Schmid and her husband volunteer with Skiatook Paws & Claws Animal Rescue. During Rocklahoma, their RockinPaws camp will collect supplies for the shelter and its foster families.

Skiatook Paws & Claws Animal Rescue

They can use nearly anything that might help a fur-covered troublemaker, including:

  • Leashes, collars and harnesses
  • Towels and blankets
  • Food and water bowls
  • Wet or dry cat, kitten, dog and puppy food
  • Treats and toys
  • Cleaning supplies
  • Paper products, including paper towels

New items are welcome, along with used supplies that are clean and in good condition.

Prefer to donate money instead of hauling a fifty-pound bag of kibble through camp? RockinPaws will post QR codes for Cash App, PayPal and Venmo. They will also have a cash donation jar at their campsite. Since this is an independent campsite collection rather than a festival purchase, the jar does not change Rocklahoma’s cashless policy inside the event.

Find RockinPaws in VIP Coyote Crossing at spaces EV8 and EV10. Look for the RockinPaws and SPACAR banners, along with the large donation boxes.

Official Partners and Onsite Experiences

Rocklahoma’s 2026 partner list includes major beverage brands, lifestyle companies, music accessories, hospitality services and fan experiences. A partnership does not automatically mean every brand will operate a retail booth, so I will only describe products, giveaways or services here after their onsite plans are confirmed.

One major confirmed experience is the Cowboy Cup presented by Dime Industries. According to Rocklahoma, the event will include an Oklahoma cannabis-brand marketplace, educational panels, games, exclusive merchandise, brand activations, a medicating area and Saturday’s Cowboy Cup Cannabis Championship Awards Ceremony.

All cannabis sales, transport, storage, and consumption should be managed according to Oklahoma cannabis laws for licensed participants.

What You Should Still Pack

Knowing that food, drinks, ice, toiletries, rides and personal services are available can lighten the mental load. It should not convince you to arrive empty-handed.

Pack anything that affects your health, safety or ability to function. That includes prescription medications in their original containers, sunscreen, hearing protection, weather protection, dependable footwear and any food required by an allergy or dietary restriction.

Buy the fun stuff onsite. Let vendors rescue the occasional forgotten item. Do not make a thousand-person festival marketplace responsible for your last clean pair of underwear.

Check the official Rocklahoma information and FAQs shortly before leaving home. Policies, operating details and vendor information can change.

This Guide Will Keep Growing

This is only the beginning of the 2026 Rocklahoma Vendor Showcase. More food trucks, artists, retailers and service providers are expected to announce their plans as the festival approaches.

I’ll update this article whenever an approved vendor sends useful information. That gives fans a better planning resource while giving the independent businesses investing in Rocklahoma a proper introduction before the gates open.

If you are vending at Rocklahoma, send the details. If you are attending, bookmark this page and check it again before you finish packing.

Limited weekend passes, campsites and single-day tickets are still available. Use my Rocklahoma Ambassador link to purchase official festival tickets while putting a few dollars into our campground fund. For last-minute deals, StubHub is Rocklahoma’s official verified resale partner.

Next up on the Road to Rocklahoma: Crank a good time playlist while I share the personal packing list, festival fashion and all the small things I’m trying to cram into the car without making Ump reconsider this entire adventure.

Vendor applications for 2026 are now closed. Vendors interested in participating next year can find details on the official Rocklahoma.com website.
